Clark Swanson is an American entrepreneur focused on consumer products, , new media, life sciences, cleantech and energy. Mr. Swanson is currently the founder and co-Chairman of Engineered Energy, a company pioneer in electric vehicle motor technology. He is also the founder of consumer supplements holding company, Swanson Global Enterprises, Inc. which successfully surpassed a watermark of 1 million units sold. . Mr. Swanson is also Chairman & CEO of Swanson World Interactive Media (“SWIM”) which owns and operates digital and print media publications focused on entertainment, fashion and lifestyle brands.

In the mid-2000’s Clark Swanson gained notoriety as Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Blackline Safety, named one of Canada’s top 50 technology start-ups. Under his leadership the company achieved nearly $500 million in valuation and garnered numerous accolades, including IDC’s “Top 10 to Watch”, TSX 50, Profit 500, and Deloitte’s Fast 500. In 2018, Mr. Swanson pioneered the research and development of a novel cancer drug, Caflanone®. Using an innovative nano-drone drug delivery technology, studies demonstrated that Caflanone® has significant capacity to inhibit pancreatic, brain, and blood cancers. These studies, based at Harvard Medical School, resulted in an Investigational New Drug application to the FDA. Clinical trials under the stewardship of John’s Hopkins University are anticipated in 2023.

During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, Mr. Swanson co-authored a patent which served as the backbone for the development and testing of novel SARS-Cov-2 therapeutics. These efforts were recognized by the scientific community and which research was published n in several leading medical journals.

Most recently Mr. Swanson was the start-up Vice Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Blockcap, Inc., a digital asset mining company. Blockcap was acquired in 2021 for $1.46 billion in a three-way merger with a Blackrock backed SPAC publicly which trades on Nasdaq.

Today, Mr. Clark Swanson is focused on disruptive innovation in the consumer markets, philanthropy and raising his 4 children in Henderson, Nevada.
